Stuff

Back at Netflix...way better then Blockbuster-more wait less movie, no blue ray. Of Yes we finally got a Blue-ray player on the PS 3. Any how, Netflix also has a watch videos online for no additional cost. Love, it. Watching Sliders as we speak. http://www.netflix.com

Tomorrow is our 4th marriage anniversary. We plan on going to paradise Cove in Malibu. Skyler recommends.

My Latest Cookie

Cashew Chips

Sharing the ultimate cookie please do not deviate from what I am about to tell you, unless you want crappy results. I promise you it will be soft with a slightly nutty warm sensation to the taste buds.

1/2 cup Oatmeal
2/14 cups Whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Canola Oil
1 cup Light brown sugar
1 cup Granulated sugar
2 Large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of milk
1 cup of Cashews (toasted)
1 12 ounce bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 ounces (half 12 ounce bag)of white chocolate chips

*Bake on 325 degrees for 15 minutes

*Toast cashews at 325 for 7 minute, until you can smell them. Then grind them in a food processor.

*Combine flour baking powder, baking soda, oats, cashews.

*Mix oil, sugars, eggs, vanilla, milk until well blended.

*Mix both mixtures together and stir until blended, while adding chips.
